Jeremy's Thoughts
Introduction
When I was a kid, I asked a college baseball player for an autograph. He looked at me, with my paper and pen in hand, and he laughed and kept walking. I was crushed. My dad, who was with me, knew I always wanted to be a professional baseball player looked at me and told me it would be OK. After I calmed down, he simply asked, "Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?" I said yes, and then he said, "remember what you just felt like and make sure you don't cause that pain to any kid that ask's for your autograph." That feeling and statement have remained with me to this day. Growing up, all I wanted to do was play baseball....and I still do. Now 29, I know it won't last forever. When it is all said and done, all I want to do is give back to the community that I live in. There were tons of people who helped me get to where I am and I want to be one of the many who help our youth reach their goals. Remember, dreams really aren't that far away, you just have to believe.
New thought coming soon!

It has been over a year and I have been told that I need a new thought. First thing, I want to think the Dallas Tigers for giving me the chace to coach in their organization. I met lots of great families through them and I plan to follow the 2016 age group until they reach their goals. I hope those families know they can contact me for any advice moving forward. To date, I have taken a job with the McKinney Marshals to coach the 2015 age group. I really feel like I am home now. I look forward to my time with the Marshals and helping these young men reach their goals. With the year break in thoughts, I have been able to see many kids develop and grow as young men. I am in the business of seeing kids grow, and it has happened. I am very excited to see all my clients grow and mature. Everything seems to be working, but never quit working at home.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to be a head coach in the Dallas Tigers Organization. I want to thank Linty Ingram for telling Tommy Hernandez that he thought I was able to do the job. With getting the 9U job, I have been blessed with a great group of men, and the future for the 2016 Tigers is extremely bright. I look forward to every single day that I get to spend with my little men.
Baseball360 has gone from a idea to a reality. Everything that I ever dreamed of doing after baseball has taken off here in Dallas. For that, I want to say, thank you to all my clients. We are getting better and it is showing on the field. It does not matter if you play for me or for another team—I love getting emails telling me that your lessons are paying off.
Baseball Instructors are here for the kids and we love to hear that they are doing well on the field.

First of all, I want to say thank you to all the coaches, parents, and players that I have come in contact with. I also want to thank Billy Tanksley of Centerfield Baseball Academy for allowing me to give my lessons there. Without all of you, I would just be another person that you see at Target. I have really enjoyed getting to know all of you and I look forward to our further involvement. Thanks to Linty Ingram and Tommy Hernandez, I plan to join the Dallas Tigers Organization as a coach. I look forward to the opportunity of helping Linty with his 13U team and helping those players reach their goals. Go Tigers!!

I have been completely shocked over the past three weeks that there are so many kids playing on competitive teams at this time of year. Where I was raised, there was only one youth baseball season—summer. I think it is great that the weather allows our youth to continue to get better throughout the winter months. Through my first three weeks of meeting parents/coaches/players in the area, I must say, I am excited about the development of today's baseball players in the Dallas area. I have received such great feedback from all of you. There are many of you that would like to see me open my own place and others that would like me to coach your teams in the spring and I am looking forward to all of it! I am excited to say that the BASEBALL360 family has grown significantly in the recent weeks and I am extremely proud to say that there is another baseball name in the town and it's because of YOU! Thank you and I look forward to the coming weeks and months with plenty of exciting baseball. Hopefully we will have a place to call home by the New Year!!!
